This is Kadene, your artist. I first started painting when I was 13 years old in Art class, and that's when I found out I was in love for the first time. I was so excited I made sure I spent most of my hours at the Art room at school. Now a decade later, after obtaining a BSc in Psychology, working in completely unrelated fields, I decided to go back to my first love once and for all, making it bigger and better than it's ever been.

Kadene's Art Gallery started after a coworker at my previous workplace saw one of my paintings and decided she wanted three of them, I started one and wasn't able to finish because I was cramped for time but the orders kept piling on and I was overwhelmed not being able to complete the first order. It was after much prayer and counselling from my peers I decided to quit my day job and start painting full time. Yup, leap of faith! 

 

Now I am excited to share with you the journey of this young blossoming artist, whose life can only turn for the better with each waking day. Let paint and canvas collide!
